Nova Geographica, LLC was founded in 2023 by 7-time (and current) Alteryx ACE Deanna Sanchez.  With over 20 years of experience in GIS (Geographical Information Systems), business intelligence, and advanced data analytics, she has consulted in numerous verticals and industries.  Her degree in Geography with concentrations in GIS and Medical Geography provides an extensive background in spatial and demographic analyses.

Deanna began using GIS platforms in 1997, and was introduced to Alteryx in 2005.  She has managed GIS and advanced data processes through Alteryx and various GIS platforms while in the FP&A and Real Estate divisions at major finance and retail corporations.  In 2015, she easily transitioned into the consulting industry, becoming Director of the Alteryx Practice on the U.S. Sales/GTM team at a large international consulting firm by 2020.

While her core will always be Geography and spatial/demographic analytics, Deanna also specializes in advanced data analytics, such as utilizing the Alteryx predictive and time series toolsets, creating highly customized Alteryx Analytic Apps, optimizing the Alteryx Server Gallery, and performing detailed retail and healthcare site selection analyses, as well as successfully enabling extensive user adoption throughout organizations.
